It’ll be a long time before we forget Princess Diana. Her friend and astrologer, Penny Thornton, has just launched a very particular cook book and we didn’t just get a taste, we also got her thoughts on whether Harry and Meghan are a recipe for success.
As the wedding takes place in Windsor, Prince Harry’s match with Californian actress and activist Meghan Markle is one analysed closely by Penny Thornton. She has been in South Africa to launch her book, The Zodiac Cooks - a collection of a hundred and thirty recipes based on how certain foods are compatible with our individual nature, based on the day, season and year we are born. Lorna got the scoop.
The book and recipes detail how and why our star signs can define our tastes. According to Penny, as a Virgo - Prince Harry is one for doing things without bells and whistles. Being a Leo, Meghan will dominate in the kitchen.
The book argues that star signs give a strong indication of the dishes we might like or dislike and the colours, table setting and environment we prefer to dine in.
For dessert - a suitably romantic coeur a la creme heart-shaped dessert and with it our best wishes to Prince Harry and Princess (The Duchess of Sussex) Meghan.
