As the January sales begin, don't get caught up with buying too many strictly summer pieces which can't be adapted. Plan forward to the up-coming transitional autumn season; and spend your cash carefully... cotton vests, tee shirts and light weight button up shirts are great items to grab on sale now, and still wear for months to come. As the temperatures cool, you can use these classic items to layer accordingly to the weather. For example: the vest you can wear with shorts now; can be worn under a belted shirt, and accessorised with a cotton scarf, during autumn. Plain tee shirts are as versatile; worn with casual denim skirts or formal blazers, their appeal is timeless and season-less, so stock up now and congratulate yourself later!
