Jaco De Bruyn the one man bodybuilding industry

After five years in property, Jaco de Bruyn knew that this was not for him. He had to follow his calling. A natural at bodybuilding, he won national titles three years running, bought the rights to host international fitness events in South Africa and today it is his business.

 At Jaco’s annual event, Fitness Runway Model SA, all competitors benefit from his knowledge. ith men’s and womenswear, the brand is selling in twenty three countries.

Jaco credits his parents with making him who he is and together with his wife Renate de Bruyn, he wants to offer the same love and support to their two children.

Through Jaco’s many ventures from his move into competition, hosting events to running his own show and clothing line, the support of his wife is the one thing that has remained consistent.

With plans to expand his gym-wear globally, Jaco is looking to take his fitness show international.
