The Shortmarket Club here in The Mother City is a second generation success story. Chef Wesley Randles and manager Simon Widdison opened the venue with the backing of the two people who they’ve worked for over the last ten years. The idea was to create a sense of occasion like the dining room of on an old cruise ship. The centrepiece is a wall of framed butterflies, conceptualised by artist Mark Rautenbach.

After winning a famous TV cooking show, Kamini hosted food and travel series, Girl Eat World where she took in the cuisine of ten different countries.
