As Karabo Mogane matures into a successful artist, he and his siblings get together to thank their parents in the most heart-warming way.
Karabo has always belonged in front of an audience. He may have excelled at soccer and cricket, as a schoolboy in Nelspruit and he might have studied Geo-metrics at Stellenbosch University but music was his destiny.
Karabo has won a record deal, produced two albums and been commissioned to sing the theme song for a Disney series.
Eight kids was enough for Pastor Michael and retired principal Sylvia Mogane – and along with all the parish and school children they’ve seen through to adulthood, they’ve done a fine job raising their own.
After growing up in such a positive family environment, Karabo has every intention of marrying and having children of his own - just maybe not eight though. Music is a demanding career and he plans to open his own studio making his parents prouder still.
