If you’ve ever sat on a fifteen hour, long-haul flight, you’ll understand the concept of ‘elbow room’. In this case it applies to property, and two plots which each just seemed to cramp the owners’ style – until they put them together! All of a sudden, they had all the room they needed - for a Jacuzzi that fits thirty!
